Disney Freak

I love any and everything Disney. I have been to DisneyWorld many times and I have been to DisneyLand once. I don't really prefer one over the other because each has it's own unique charm.
This picture was taken a few years ago in DisneyLand. It was in October so everything was decorated for Halloween. I would really like to go one year during the Christmas holidays but I know it will be so crowded.
We were planning a trip to DisneyWorld for early next year but it looks like we may have to wait another year. My brother and I are wanting to move into a house after the first of the year and that is more important. Plus, the way I am feeling right now, I couldn't walk through the parks.
My friends and family think I am a Disney Freak and I guess I really am. I went to DisneyWorld for the first time when I was 40 years old and I have been hooked every since.

@simone10 I too love Disney. I watch the cartoons movies from time to time. I went to Disney World shortly after it opened with a friend of mine. I would like to go again but first of all I live in Riga, Latvia now and second, everything in these parks has gotten so terribly expensive.

@RasmaSandra and @Marcyaz Disney can be expensive but if you go during certain times of the year, it isn't bad at all.

It sounds interesting to visit DisneyWorld or DisneyLand. I have not visit any of them before, but I think I will enjoy my journey there if I am there. Though I am not a big fan of Disney, I like the cheerful and friendly characters.
I am sure my children will be excited if we bring them there, but it's just too far for us.

It's kind of hard to explain. It's a place where you can go and forget about your worries. You can be a kid again and enjoy the simple things. It's not all about the characters, although that is a big part. They have shows and rides which are a lot of fun.

@Marcyaz A lot of my problem has to do with my back. I have been told that I can't get RA in the spine so there has to be something else going on. I have an appt with my primary care doctor soon to find out what's going on. Once that is solved, I will be ready to go.

Busch Gardens in Orlando Florida is where we spent a few days which could compare well with Disney World.. One needs months to cover the whole area and the fun that is available there.

I would like to go to Disney World sometime. I have never been, just haven't had the time or money.

We have friends who are Disney freaks too! We know a lot of young families who have bought season passes to Disneyland and they literally go every weekend (it's about a 45 minutes drive from here). We never did that because I don't know if I could handle the "Magic" that often - ha ha - plus the drive there! We would love to go to Disneyland again (it's been 7 years), but it's so expensive. But it'd be cool to visit Disneyworld someday - that's something we'd like to do!

" I couldn't walk through the parks." You can take a wheelchair and get into the exhibits bypassing the lines!!
That's new about the home!!
I am NOT a Disneyland/world (yes I was to both) lover.
