Part #2 On productive praying ... The Lords Prayer Jesus begins with “Our Father In Heaven”. The first word Our should remind us that we are not alone, but linked together through Jesus Christ as one family. We are to approach God with boldness, and confidence knowing that He is our Father in heaven, and that He hears, and answers our prayers even if the answer is no. He wants us to be secure in His family as adopted children and heirs. He wants to protect and take care of us. God desires an intimate relationship with us. Acknowledge Him first as our Daddy - Abba Father. “Hallowed be Your name” God is holy! Acknowledge His holiness in awe. Look up to him on bended knee, fear Him, and revere Him as all powerful, almighty, creator of the heavens and the earth, and everything within including you and me. For God is everywhere at all times, knowing everything and in charge of every situation. He is the Alfa and the Omega, the beginning and the end. God is God, and is still seated on the throne.
