Stick to prescription meds and your doctor's advice. Herbals, complimentary medicines, and alternatives are placebo effect and snake-oil sales substances much of the time.

Hi Jinn. I try to use any kind of natural anything vs prescription medicine, but sometimes there is no option for me.
Either I do not have the necessary herbs or what have you and just have to pop an aspirin haha
