Fruits and vegetables are important for an healthy life. I have not really preferred food, I like very simple food.

ok that is good. Simple food means less digestion problems, stomach will be more comfortable and we too.

a cup of milk and an egg along with kerala traditional food.homely made vegetables prepared with adequate quantity of salt ,etc. homely made food are the best nutrious food .
