I'm new here. I have looked at the Help pages, but cannot find any statement that relates to limits that could be termed "quantitative" as opposed to "qualitiative". In other words, are there any limits on the number of discussions one can post, or the length of posts? It would be good to know the rules before I find myself breaking them!

I've been here for a few days, and I've noticed a few things already. Here is a quick list I've managed to compose on how to use myLot:
1. No spam! Don't spam! Report spam!
2. It's not all about quantity or quality, it's about both - in other words, a lot of quality posting helps you.
3. You shouldn't necessarily respond to every topic with just a few words.
4. Keep topics useful and discussion-worthy. For example, What's the point in having a topic which just links to a news article. Discuss it, give your opinion.
5. Spend time here. Read and contribute :)

there are no limits on how much you can post though keeping high quality gets harder the more you do if you go into overdrive

Hello friend. Welcome.
As we like to have fun here, it is not limited at all in any way.
