My printer become sick

Last week i do many printing stuff, i print like 50 copies of book with 8 pages and cover. It really busy until no time open mylot haha . I print until it round out of ink. I buy those refill inkjet ink for my printer then i inject it into my ink cartridge. Now this is what happen to my printer, i using photoshop to edit and design, my screen monitor show the things that i want to print got orange color, but when i print Why it not become orange color ? It just come out a red color If the yellow color empty or finish, i just refill it and also it do print the yellow color. Why it cannot be orange. huhu... anyone got idea or solution for this ? my poor printer is a canon e500.
