Weight Loss Progress 9/16/15

Alright so I like to wrote about my progress. It just helps to motivate me to keep it going because I have people to share it with. Not having anyone physically here to do this with makes it hard and this is some what of a replacement for that. Well I have not lost an entire pound yet this week yet but I am hoping by Friday I will at least have lost 2 maybe 3. I have been trying to eat healthier. Right now I am looking up homemade detoxes that I can make. I tried to find like homemade recipes for things that could help burn fat but haven't found anything yet. Today I did 2 intense workouts and went on a walk with my son for about 27 minutes. I am really hoping that I can add some yoga tonight and start hitting the gym at my school too. Are you trying to lose weight? If so how is your progress going? Wanna be my workout buddy?

I'm your buddy already, but I can't coordinate with you to work out. I'm just trying to get through the next few days of heavy haying!

@IvySaysHi Yes. I was on the tractor for nearly 8 hours. My butt was so sore from all those groundhog holes. Then I had to put the hay elevators into the loft, and unload 175 bales into the loft. I will stack them tomorrow. I called it quits. I wonder how many we will get off the field tomorrow.

Hi! Congrats on your journey to becoming a healthier version of you! It's really nice to write about your progress and having a support group as well with people trying to lose weight too both online and the outside world. I've been trying to lose weight too! My starting weight was 142 pounds and I'm down to 126 pounds right now and I feel so much better! I reached a point in my life where I wasn't feeling good about myself. I was always sluggish, always sleepy and would get out of breath just climbing up the stairs. Right now I'm in my plateau phase and not shredding any pound at all. I asked my friends about it and they told me that I have to start exercising in order for me to achieve my target weight which is 120 pounds. I'm 5'5" by the way. Were you able to find homemade detoxes online? We can share our recipes here in mylot and the exercises and the things we do in order to lose weight. This should be our online support group.What do you think? And I can be your workout buddy virtually (since I live far far away) LOL!

I've found a few home detoxes on a site but I dont know which ones to do. I have to wait till i can go buy the ingredients too. I'll write about the site i found the detoxes on. I'm 5'7" and im down to 210 from 213. I would love to be at 150 or even 160. It is gonna take some serious working out and eating healthier to get there. I want to get there by next summer or fall though.

I can be your buddy on here, but I am afraid I am not up to your standard in losing weight haha. I am not half as industrious as you..so glad you are doing so well tho.

Seems like you're making a great effort so far! I'm not on any weight loss regime and have never been on any, but I hope you'll get awesome results from that workout and healthy diet.

I DO. I am trying to lose weight too. I need it badly. For 3 days I have been exercising at home. Crunches, plank (it is hard), upper body exercises. But I missed walking so much. When I used to work I walk 1 hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. Now, no more. I am planning to start walking again tonight or tomorrow morning.

Im sure you'll get to enjoy walking soon! I need to lose weight mainly so i dont have to always buy new clothes which i dont get to do very often at all. I barely fit in my old clothes right now and im not sure that i will be able to buy new clothes any time soon.
