It's been raining all night, and all day now!

I don't know when the rain started, but I woke up at around 1am, it was raining heavily. Then, I woke up at 5am, it was still raining. Now, it's already afternoon, and it's still raining! It seems like the rains are so willing to come and help us to get rid of the haze. The air quality index here has been really bad and caused schools in some areas closed. The haze is probably because of the forest fire again. This haze issue happens every year. I am glad the rains came to help us, and the air quality index has become better. Thanks to the rain, thanks to the nature!

We need rain here in Oregon. We got a little last wee, but it was very little. We really haven't had any substantial rain since May, and that is a very long time. I am hoping though, that we will be getting rain before to long.

It's been really long time since last rain in your area. It'd be really dry if it doesn't rain for such a long time here. Hope you'll get rains there soon.

@kaka135 We usually do, and lots of it, to much, as water will be standing. I don't want that much rain, ust enough to do some good so the grass greens up.

It started raining today and many streets flooded in the city. The weather forecasts predict rain for the rest of the week as well, I should find my rain coat immediately!

It's just amazing to read the responses from people all over the world. There are some places very dry, and some places got flooded. Hope we will always get more balanced even in the weather.

@kaka135 Yes, every part of the world is different. In Greece we have all four seasons and the weather changes gradually from warm to rain and then to cold. Fortunately, there are no typhoons and tropical storms.

We are also experiencing heavy rain here for the past few days, but it usually falls early in the afternoon till midnight. I am as well happy that the dry season is seemingly over. I hope the weather will stay pleasant, contrary to what our weather bureau has predicted that the El Nino condition we are currently experiencing may last until early next year.

Yes, I am happy that the dry season is over too. It's too suffering to be too hot all the days, especially bad for the plants and forest as well. Hope we'll get good weather soon.

Three day raining? Wow! It isn't common to rain so long here. Now I can understand why dryers are more common in some countries, but not mine. Glad yesterday it was a sunny day, so our clothes got dried by the sun.

@kaka135 We need a dryer because some months are more rainy than others. It can rain for two weeks in a row in April or November here.
