Got To Get Organized!

I stress too much planning for a weekend out of town. I don't even have to drive this time! I woke up way early, packing mentally. Such a waste of sleep time! I think I just don't get out enough lol. So I'm on my second cup of coffee, having gotten up at 4:30. May as well spend time on MyLot! And suddenly it is time to go. I can get on later on my break but my computer at home is much faster. Do you have weekend plans? Any travel?

Yes, being organized really helps. I am the organizer in our family. I do all the mental work. I know howw long it takes to do things. I plan by taking a legal pad, as soon as I know something is going down, and I list all that needs to be done. Then I list when each thing needs to be done. That way I have a day-to-day, hour- to- hour if need be list of what everyone needs to do. Things go much smoother, I stress less and then I just get it done step-by-step. This way if I have time to set down at the computer I know everything that needs to be done has been done cause everything has been checked off my list. Enjoy your trip.

I haven't made any plans. I like to just stay home and do nothing. That rarely happens, but it's what I like.

@AnjaP Most days I'd prefer that too! Wish I could work at home.

@Jabo Thanks! It will be a drive through the desert, just a couple of hours. It's cool right now but when I get back Sunday it will be up over 100 F. Phooey! I work some Saturdays too.
