Yes, most of the time I remember my dreams. I want to have a lucid dream that's why I keep a journal. It helps me to identify what always appear in my dreams. Once I analyze what it is. There is a big chance. I will be aware in my future dreams. It's called dream if you know that you are dreaming. I already mentioned it in my other threads. Recent I had 2 lucid dreams.

You often remember your dreams? That's so cool! I usually remember my dreams when I wake up. But I soon forget the dreams several minutes later, I mean forgetting totally! I only remember one dream I had before, which seemed like something symbolic but I could not explain.

My advice is a always record your dreams either in application or notebook so there is a big chance that you will remember your dreams.

@flippish2014 Yeah, I also have such ideas but the truth is I always forget my dreams just a few seconds after I wake up, which makes it quite impossible for me to record the dreams in time. Wish I could find some better ways.

To be honest, my dreams are either unremarkable or weird, there's really no middle ground. Of course, there have been times where I've dreamed and an answer I've been struggling to get during the day hits me in sleep. Then again, there are times where I'm not sure what my mind is trying to tell me. I only remember bits and pieces. My mind tends to be all over the place sometimes when I'm trying to sleep, as it bounces from one weird thing to the other, and also to darkness. Still dreams can be interesting, if you want to take a closer look at them.

I don't understand why but I always forget my good dreams but I am in the good mood even though I am frustrated on remembering it. On the other end, I can even remember the details on my bad dreams and how it woke me up. Maybe it all depends on the person dreaming
