What is your favorite Card Game?

Do you enjoy playing cards? Maybe you like a specific card games or maybe you just like to play with a good old deck of cards. I've always enjoyed playing, all the way back to "Go Fish" and other childhood games. I like (friendly) Poker and Rummy and stuff too. I don't mind a good game of Uno either though. How about you?

I love to play cards or board games for that matter, dad was military so we learned to play most games early on mostly because there wasn't the same kind of entertainment as today .... it's actually a shame more families don't get together with the kids and play cards or board games, its a great way to make em think and it keeps them off the streets ..... nowadays I love to play solitaire online, but that cuz the pup doesn't have thumbs to hold cards with

Right? I love the "old" games like cards and board games. It is sad that people don't really engage that way much any more. Now days every game is played by phone or computer it seems. I mean, those can be fun too, but I like to sit down and actually shuffle some card or roll dice sometimes, too.

I like UNO and SkipBo, which are both my favorite games. I have them both on my iPhone and my daughter and I will play them once in awhile, but we haven't played it in a long time. I also like Solitaire too, which is on my iPhone.

@jstory07 That is why I like it so much. I can play it with my daughter eiher on the iphone or the ipad. We haven't played them for a long time though. I miss playing them, and maybe, we will play them again one of these days.

I enjoy friendly poker. There is no way I would go for the casino versions or try gambling big with it. Never played rummy and not even heard of Uno.

Oh, I'm with you. I don't think I'd even enjoy playing "high stakes" games. I just play poker for fun. Rummy can be played with any deck of cards. Uno is a card game with its own deck.
