Weight Loss Progress 9/18/15

Hello all! Hope you have had a nice day! I have had quite a busy day myself. I was moving for most of the day which is a good thing! My plan almost had a tiny set back but I fixed it right up. I ended up having some kfc for lunch but it wasn't anything big and I shared it with my son. I did work it off for sure and them some! I cleaned the house and really made sure I put my back into everything I did and it took about 2 hours. After that I went ahead and did 2 workouts, meant to make it 3, but no one could watch my son and he was being rotten so after finishing my second work out I went on a walk with him instead. It was nice and it seems to calm him down some. I am pretty sure I I have done enough to keep myself on track! I am going to do some yoga when my son falls asleep, I really need it. I do fat burning yoga which seems better to help out with my goal. How is your plan going? What all did you do today? How far have you come to your goal?

Right now I am not looking at the scale at all. Losing fifty pounds would be good for me, though. My plan, or goal, is to use moving to regain some of my energy and strength so I can concentrate on eating right and losing weight, and just feeling good. I moved a queen size mattress down the stairs today, got the box springs half way and had to have help. I carried a cabinet out to the trailer. Guess you can call it strength training. I do feel better and more energetic.

MY sweet tooth plays Eve most of the time but must shed that flab - at least by Dec 25th.

Hey there, Ivelisse! I'm really glad to see you doing so well. Keep it up! You know, sometimes we find quite a lot of difficulties in our plans, just like you did today. But you overcame it! hahaha I'm doing well on my plannings, and they will intensify during the next week. From Monday, I'll put a lot more of effort. I'm about to discover the limits of my body and make the most out of it all. In twenty days I expect myself to be in my best shape ever! hahaha Have a nice weekend!
