Recipe For a Discussion

1 fresh topic sentence (medium length) 1 cup of suspense 1 cup of controversy 3 cups substance 2 tbsp spice 1 leading question Mix all together and let flow over the keyboard. Do not add too much spice if you don’t want to see your discussion fall to the censors. Click on the Pencil icon and pour your discussion onto the page. Hit Start Discussion After your discussion has had time to rise, comments will begin to appear. Using a dash of tact and a pinch of discretion, answer the comments. When directions are closely followed, comments will double in size.

@Rollo1 Oh, you neek! I couldn't have said it better myself! (In case you were wondering, a 'neek' is a made-up word and is highly complimentary, in spite of its apparent similarities to 'geek' and 'nerd'!)

@owstalaga I agree with @owlwings Everyone has to make their own, because your individual creativity is the secret ingredient (darn, I should have put that on the list).

Well, depending on the spices used, it can be very tasty or distasteful. But everyone has their own tastes, so the more we bake the better!

I go light on spice and controversy, but still it is a terrific recipe.

I try to control myself. The old myLot had many more controversial posts. I get sucked in so easily.

Sounds like the Macbeth witches brew - was that your inspiration Anja. I think you didn't realise it was me when I followed you the other week, for some reason I can't shed my ancient user name of thea09.

Some like to add just a hint of salt to the above. It never fails to amaze me exactly why...
