Stuck with wrong boss

Greetings, Ashish. Unfortunately, sometimes we come across humans that doesn't have any kind of emotional balance. The result is this: if they're put in a leadership position, they'll have this kind of behavior, abusing their subordinates and acting in a selfish way. There's not much to do, since I honestly believe it's way too hard to change others (specially when this is the scenario). Certainly try to find another place to work and, while that, avoid direct conflict. I wish you the best in finding your path. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment, so I really wish you can find a suitable work environment for you. Regards!
