Laboratory work is tired to me

I am a Phd student in Department of Field Crops, in Turkey. It seems like there are always work in field but in our department not like that. We have also chemical analysis and some measurment in lab and etc.. I had a work today about wheat flour quality. It was falling number of flour. If you related with agriculture you can know this falling number. It is about quality of flour for consuming good bread. So I have experiment about drought in wheat and I ve done samples that we harvested before and grind it with a mill. So I like field jobs but laboratory jobs are not for me. It is boring . :)
