The dead child baby doe was found on a lake front in Massachusetts. She had been found 86 days ago. The parents are now suspects. The parents are now gong to be arraigned on Monday, September 21, 2015. Why was child welfare case dropped two years ago puzzles me. She might have still been here today had the patients still been under monitoring. In many child welfare cases the child had died under their monitoring because three was not enough apparent evidence of abuse.
