Chewing Gum

I started chewing a lot of gum when I decided to quit smoking. I decided that I like it. I always chew sugar free gum. Yes, I'm one of those annoying people that loves to blow bubbles. I don't snap and pop my gum thought, so it's okay. What kind of gum do you like to chew, if any? Do you blow bubbles? I like real bubbles (soap bubbles) too, but you have to go outside for those.

I chew Extra brand gum. Did you know gum helps you concentrate? I always buy a mint flavor.

Such a wealth of information here. This is another thing I didn't know about chewing gum, but I can use all the help that I can get in that department these days!

I like gum but I don't chew it because it gives me TMJ. But choose a gum with xylitol in it. It prevents cavities they say.

Wow, I didn't know that. That's good info. I'll definitely look for sugarless gum that contains Xylitol from now on.

I do not chew gum anymore. But if I did I would also chew sugar free. That is a good choice for you.

I don't chew gum often but when I do I usually chew spear mint. Glad to hear you quit smoking! I have heard gum helps fight the addiction.

I enjoy spearmint too. I've always preferred it to peppermint. In fairness, I started vaping instead of smoking, but gum helped with the process to some degree.
