I watch news on TV and read them on internet, newspapers etc. It's so pity for mankind. They are also human, they can breath, eat, drink etc. like us. I know there are chaos in Syria and if there are lot of refuges in your country and then might be some problem about employment and welfare but in all religion it is same "help people who need it". For example I live in Turkey and I think our goverment made a big mistake for open the boundary to refuge without control system. Because with them there were lot of terrorirst enter our country and there were no control mechanism. 2 billion refuges ! Can you believe that there will be lot of problem with them in Turkey. All european countries, USA talk about human rights but when it is turn to practice it nobody take a responsibilty. You have a good welfare why you didnt help them ? I know why but nobody can do anything !
Am I right what are you thinking ?

My stand is clear: I have no pity for mankind.
As far as the refugees are concerned, it's better to eradicate the situation which is causing them to leave their homes. Merely taking them and encouraging wrong approaches is not going to help.
European countries are doing their bit, rather mindlessly. And I say that because they are far too unprepared for the problems they are going to face. They have no clue how to tackle the radicalism.

We have already more than 6 millions Muslims in France, and less than 0.1% are fundamentalist. We had more terrorist attacks in the 1970's in Western Europe than now and radicalism is not a very important problem, but it is brought in center stage for political reasons. Personally, I think that we have to welcome any refugee needing help. Historically, we always did it and refugees who have settled here have greatly contributed to the richness of my country (the last important number of refugees here were boat people from Vietnam : 270000 in the 1980's in France). I suppose that Syrians will come back in their country later, like Lebanese who came here in the 1970's did, so welcoming them for a few months/years is not really a problem.
The problem of eradicating ISIS is also something political. I am sure it would have already been done if Syria was not a dictatorship.

@topffer Far more balanced view than mine.
I'm not convinced though, help is good after vetting. People are not always grateful and can be lured by 'brotherhood'.... fence-sitters are not non-fundamentalists too.

@jeolex,everything is so sad,so shaking and so disheartening that sometimes I can't help reaching the conclusion that the world is on the brink of World War 3.The situation is grim.Plight of innocent refugees who had to leave their motherland and struggle to find shelter in other countries is unbearable. The countries they are trying to find shelter in have their own problems.Don't know what to say.

It is indeed a very sad situation and I feel very sorry for them, especially to be driven out of their homes and country. We cannot blame other countries because they have their own problems and I can see that many of the European countries have taken in large number of refugees already.I find it really strange that none of the rich Arab countries are helping out ..The best help one can give to the refugees and the world in general is to go in for air strikes and finish the ISIL completely
