I'm in my bed, wondering, why do some people doesn't have any desire to gain knowledge? Do they even know that the saying, "knowledge is power" is actually true? I feel sad for them. As for me, learning new things, and gaining a lot of experiences are one of the many that completes the list of my personal satisfaction. I want to learn. But why do some people doesn't?

Some are just stubborn and have no real reason for why they don't want to learn besides the fact that learning requires too much hard work and brain power. Some people are in denial of reality and enjoy living in false illusions of what their life could of been without pain and don't pursue learning. Others know that a lot of knowledge also leads to sorrow because the person understands truths that others that aren't very deeply invested in knowledge may not understand and this makes them feel unrelateable or outcasted. Even so, I enjoy knowledge because not knowing what's gonna happen next allows me to learn a new perspective of me that I never knew existed. ^_^
