Shoes or Bare Feet?

Do you prefer to wear shoes and socks or even sandals or boots or flip flops, or do you prefer to walk around barefoot?
I like bare feet when it's hot out, but I love warm snugly socks when it starts to get cold. I don't really like flip flops, but sandals are cool. I like sneakers. I love a good pair of boots.
When you do cover your feet, what is your preference in footwear?

I don't like having bare feet, and I don'tlike flip flops ..I had a problem with fallen arches a couple of years ago, but my favourite footwear is trainers, or sneakers as you would say... I like to wear boots too and love socks ..... and love putting a pair of slippers on later in the evening....

It's funny, but sneakers are often the most comfortable shoes I can find. I need comfortable shoes, because I have a bad back. You wouldn't think sneakers would be the answer, but some of them work very well.
Reebok used to have great arch support. I'm upset that they changed the design.

@Lady_Justice I usually buy the gel insoles, and use them, sketchers are another good manufacturer for built in support...

As as kid we always had bare feet whenever we could. I like bare feet sometimes, and shoes sometimes. Too much of either makes my feet hurt or my legs tired etc. And sometimes, I just wear the thick socks I crochet. They provide a cushion against the hard floor but are more forgiving of long toes than shoes are.

Oh, I love to crochet. My grandma used to make all of us kids slipper socks when we were little. So cozy. I should make some!

Yes, I like being barefoot in freshly cut, soft, grass.

I always am barefooted around the house, or when I go around the block, but if I go to the store or any place else I always wear shoes.

Yes, to enter an establishment it is usually necessary to cover your feet.
