I watch shows on Netflix until I fall asleep, which is quite often. i will be watching an episode of a certain show, and I end up falling asleep somwhere in the middle. WhenI f finally wake up, another episode has started, and i wonder what happened in the other episode. Some times I will go back and rewatch the episode when I am wide awake; I have a few times though, come in here and posted for a bit, until I fall asleep.

@flippish2014 I seem to fall alseep way to easily while watching netflxi. I lie in bed while watching netflix as i use my ipad which makes it easy, but then lying down makes me fall asleep sooner than I like sometimes, and other times when I want to sleep, I just toss and turn.

@flippish2014,when sleep remains elusive,I can't keep lying on my bed.I get up and read books on light topics.Fairy tales, wildlife etc. This relieves me of tension.

@flippish2014 Generally I prefer to read fairy tales and my imagination takes me away from all worries and tensions to the wonderland of fairies where there is no worry,no tension.

Reading light books really helps because when you are calm. It is easier to get sleep.

I also have that kind of application on my phone. There are many calming sounds.
