"The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward."
very true. if you are held back by regret and disappointment, especially in yourself, you cant truly get better and move on with your life.
are there any situations or things you need to forgive yourself for? or that you have in the past?

if its something that bothers you on a regular basis, its worth examining to help find peace

@sprinklesare4winners It does not bother me at all, sometimes it comes to my mind for a fraction of a second.

@sprinklesare4winners I wish i knew what the problem is..my 3 sons and my younger daughter all call or talk to me..the oldest daughter who is 42..thinks her life shouldn't be curious about..if i ask anything she wants to know why i want to know..?..I let her know i am her mom and just am asking to see how she is..instead she thinks i'm prying into her life..so i stay away..and she lives the closest to me..down the street about a mile away..even her sibs wonder..so she spends all her time with her 2 daughters and granddaughter..

i find time helps... but i also am an extreme over-thinker, so finally i come to some sort of peace with what happened, just because if i didnt, it would eat at me all the time. there were things that took a lottttt of time to heal though

@sprinklesare4winners I try not to dwell on it which does seem to help.

yep, there are some moments and things I still can't let go of, I know I messed up, and these aren't people I can go back to and try to make things right, and it bugs me to this day.

@sprinklesare4winners that's pretty much it, and it's not easy, since you keep picking that guilt back up, or at least I do.

we all have those, thats for sure. maybe try to make peace within yourself, despite not being able to speak to the people you feel you wronged?
