Are you a morning person?

I remember a discussion we had on a another site about being a morning person. Most of them in that group weren't morning people . They spoke about what a pain it is to have a morning person for a partner.
I am a morning person and so is my wonderful husband . We wake up and continue with the chats we started the previous night. ( more like I started)
I am usually bright and chatty as I wake up in the morning. My husband takes a little time but he is in his elements in about ten minutes.
How about you? Are you a morning person?

I'm a morning person. Whenever I wake up later than I should, I just feel like I missed the most important part of the day. It's just the time when I can think and work better.

Hmmm... @Cahaya , If I actually wake up later than I should, I feel like I am racing all day to catch back up. That is not a pleasant feeling.

@sofssu I do! I like everything about the morning - the sight, the sounds, the smell. If you miss the morning, you miss all that.

Hello @LadyDuck ,
I appear to be an anytime person. No matter what time it is, I tend to wake up quickly and get into my wake-up routine.
But I also don't have regular sleeping times, either. I tend to take several catnaps every day. When I get tired enough, I fall asleep. (Sometimes on my keyboard! Then when I wake up, I may find I was typing when I fell asleep and continued after I was asleep.)
I have slept this way for a lot of years, now.

@sofssu But that is exactly what I do every day, sofs. I sleep during the second half of my lunch at work and pop awake when my phone alarm goes off. I normally feel well rested and wide awake after that.

I used to wake up early morning and go out. And now not much go out and instead sleep late. so i also wake up late. I know not a good habit but things are a bit hectic now. and also wishing for some things to settle as soon as possible too. that being said, morning is good to explore the world too.

@sofssu I can be a morning person especially in the summertime. However mostly I am a night owl. That is when inspiration hits me the most and I can work well into the night. Then I don't get up too early. But if you catch me in the morning I will be cheerful anyway.

@sofssu Actually I am a morning person. It takes me no time at all to wake up and get going. Now my brain on the other hand never seems to want to start.

It is very hard when one of you is not a morning person and the other is. Neither of us are morning people, but generally I am able to wake up and start functioning a ton faster, which can irritate him some.

@Jessicalynnt LOL even this is a tricky situation. Isn't it? I guess they don't like the other pottering about. I wonder how it would be if you were am early starter.

@sofssu I find to keep my eyes open during mornings. looks like too much of the computer has become a sort of, devil to pay. It is some addiction.
