I think the Earth crust will destabilize and through a series of Earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis and hurricanes, the population of Earth will cease to exist. I know it sounds like the plot to 2012, but it may not be because of Sun's neutrinos; it may be because of us humans. Unnecessary exploitation of natural resources never yields good results.

i think the same...2012 was stupid plot anyway...there's no way a particle can mutate like that..its very stupid..

its not really possible in our world to move faster than light, einstein made sure of that..:D
its very hard to detect neutrino because it doesn't react with other matter at all...so i dont really believe that a single paticle would be responsible for world destruction..

@shubho666 yeah neutrinos haven't caused a physical reaction as of yet. The only time those things made headlines was when it was rumoured it could travel faster than light. That was disproved eventually.
