Scientificaly proven that it is. It provokes mutations on the cells which may lead to cancer (for example throat and lung cancer). Besides It is proven that it makes you get older faster cause it causes oxidation.

yes,ofcoure.i got one doubt that why u are doubted in this?.really,smoking is very very injurious to health.only due to smoking,many of them are affected ny the heart diseases.it destroy all parts in our body.so,please if any person knoen to u are smoking,advise them to avoid that.
