Why do some people stay up late at night just to guard and defend their clan provided the game revolves only around the idea of fortifying a base and defending it from invading players. So why do some getting addictive to that game?

In my opinion a person should find a better activity to do rather than playing that kind of games. Just imagine the time they spend in playing that kind of games, it's not helping them that games destroy their future.

@vanessanitor as long as they set their priorities straight, it shouldn't be a problem. But seeing that they are staying awake at nights, depriving themselves of the much needed sleep for a game? That is both- stupid and harmful. You may have to stage an intervention in their lives. Games are meant to be a temporary distraction from your everyday chores and responsibilities. Anything more than that and you can be sure that something is definitely wrong!
