Ever used a teeth straightener?

my dentist told me that I should consider using a teeth straightener not only for beauty but also for health( i have numerous tooth and gum issues caused by the fact that my teeths aren't straight). ever used one?

Never used it my teeth is not straight, i am not gonna use it either it looks bad but if i really have to use it i will
