I know some people who prefer to sleep in a hot room, and also some people who like to sleep in the cold. Which do you guys prefer sleeping in, a cold or hot room.
Me personally, I cannot fall asleep if I don't have my fan going. It gets blazing hot in my room, even at night, and I start sweating if I don't have some kind of air blowing on me.
Sometimes, I even have both my ceiling fan, and the air conditioner going at night. The air conditioner vent is right beside my bed, so when I have both of them going, my room feels so perfect, and I can easily fall asleep.
Which do you guys prefer, and why?

I can't sleep when it is hot so I do prefer when the nights are cooler

Even in the winter I prefer a cold room, not as cold as I do in the other seasons, but cold enough.

I live in a tropical country and it can get really hot at night without an A/C. I usually have both the A/C and fan on, but after a few hours I'd turn off the A/C and leave just the fan on.

Cryogenic sleep. As long as my feet aren't cold at the start, I like it cold in the room. It's bad when I kick all the blankets off the bed in the middle of the night though. In my old apartment it had pretty much no insulation and there would be ice in the corner of the ceiling, so I got used to cold sleep.

I can't sleep with a fan or an air condition and never had a big problem with warm weather even when it gets too hot in my country. I prefer to sleep in room temperature depending on the season. During the winter I turn off the heating before going to bed, I don't like to sleep in a hot room.
