Ok, so some I have mentioned my heel pain too. I had a doctors appointment for that today, and I was right, I have plantar fasciitis. I have some shoe inserts, some exercises and directions, some medication....but the absolutely worst past was the shots....
I had to have a shot in each ankle.
I hate needles by the way, and those shots hurt! Plus the whole in the foot thing was terrible, and I have to admit my stomach rolled a bit when he did it. I was afraid I might throw up, but as he had a needle in my foot, made myself freeze cause I was afraid to move.
Sounds like in two odd weeks I might have to have more shots....
He said the feet would be numb the rest of the day. They are not. They throb.
I really hope ya'll had better days than feet shots?

@Jessicalynnt I believe you. I hate needles too, I cannot even watch when the doctor uses needles.

@Jessicalynnt You fear the needle and you want a tattoo!?? I think it is pretty painful, I have not tried and I will never because I do not like tattoos.

@celticeagle too early to tell, one foot is still feeling better (which was the worse foot), the not as worse foot is, well now feeling worse. if that makes sense. I was going to go home and mow, I really still need too, but I dont think it's a good idea yet

simply put, it is an inflammation of the tendon that runs on the bottom of your feet, you usually feel the pain in your heels. It feels rather like a bone bruise, but never gets better, and is worse right when you get up the morning, or after long periods of standing or sitting. Untreated can get worse, lead to bone spurs, need surgery, etc etc

@jstory07 it's not fun that's for sure, feet are kinda important for everything.... really annoying to be this immobile.

Haven't been able to go to the Dr, no money. So a tad worse. I want to try a sock nightbrace, but those are 70 bucks a foot so no money for that either yet

Ouch! Sorry to hear that, I can imagine how painful that is. Didn't they give a painkiller or something?

some kind of topical cold spray, but that only helped at the top layer of the skin, once he got past that totally hurt
