It was September 23, Wednesday. I don't have classes on that day, so I planned to go to Land Transportation Office to apply my Non-Proffesional license. We went there exactly at 9:30 am theres a lot of people there. I think I will have a hard time getting my non pro license on that day.I passed my written exam and my Practical exams. I had waited there for a few hours. I haven't eat yet. On the last part which is the payment for the license, My money is not enough. I am shorted 200 pesos. We dont have any extra money there. So I decided to leave and pay it the day after. I did not got my license :( But my head is Very hard. I went to my sister to borrow money. I went back there but it's already time. they are closing their windows. I asked favor to the cashier if I could pay, but they didnt accept it. I have nothing to do with their desicision. So I'll wait for monday to pay it. Then, I exit there and I waited to ride a bus. but the busses are full of passengers. I have no choice, so i rode an ordinary bus. I have been standing there. there are 4 men who rode the bus. and they distacted me and unfortunately they snatched my Cellular Phone. :( I was so shocked and I asked them who snatched my phone. they said the one who snatched my cp is the one who get off the bus. And I was like hmm I don't know what to do but to accept It was my fault. My head is hard. I didn't got my license off and my Cellphone is gone. I have really accept the fact that when the thing is gone, another new will come.
