This offer is not available. / myLot

I am just a little confuse as to why I always get to read this line "This offer is not available" everytime I click on any of the offers listed here in mylot. How come it's always like this? Is it because of my location perhaps? Or is it because of some other reason? I've already clicked about 50 of these offers and they all say the same "This offer is not available". What could be the possible reason for this? Can anyone share your thoughts on this topic?

I guess the offers are available only in the US right now. Though there have been claims that others have done these .. I am not sure about those claims.

I haven't heard that offers are available anywhere else other than the States.
