I am not sure if there is just one but I think it would be the birth of my daughter. I have a son but the situation with her was so different. It was a difficult pregnancy and wasn't sure if I would carry full term or not. Heck we didn't even know if she was going to be ok when she was born.
I believe at the time she was born and they laid her upon my chest and I looked and she had all ten toes and fingers....and she was beautiful something changed in me, something profound happened...I had a new sense of life and what it truly means.

i had the same feeling when i carried my nise for the first time, and she was newly born , so soft , so innocent, i kept wondering about life , and creation of life, and how in few years she will be another person, how she lived inside the womb , no air no movement for real , but she was safe and living . that moment was one ,,,
the other was way before that , when i was handed a huge responsibility of building our house , i was just 17 at that time, and i was asked by my parents who where living abroad, to complete building our half built house , they sent me money m and they said , weather you finish it or you waste the money, i was under stress as i contracted 5 different people to do the needed jobs , and i was managing it, in one point i felt the pressure and being alone doing all this , i sat in the garden and looked for nothing , and i even cried, that time, then i stood up and i was someone else ,

@Salamnda thank you for responding. Those are both very defining moments! Holding a new born baby will always open your eyes. A new life, the miracle of creation.
The second was a good moment as well. Your parents knew what they were doing. They were shaping you to become the man you are today I'm sure.
