Early bird always win

Early morning wake-up is good habit and it gives us full oxygen to our lunge and kidneys.another best advantage is we could plan the day very well,because we have more time to do our daily work.

early to bed early to rise is a very good thing in our life.we can plan our day.even students who study during early hours can learn well about their subjects. we get time for daily exercises to keep our body fit.

Agree the early you wake up the more good habits you form. And also it does help your other habits. and it also helps build your motivation. so that time is always crucial to make some changes in the life.

This is only a theory. People are different. Some function well during the first half of the day, others function well during the second half. Some even function best during the night. Most people belong to the first group and therefore think that they have the right to tell the others that they aren't normal or that they can't achieve anything. I find this insolent.
