Whew! Me? I own my own business, just starting in the last 4 months....what would I change? It would be to have more money to do what we need to do to make it work!!!
It should be less work like before. over the months, they keep on adding tasks that somehow shouldn't be with our department. Sure, multi tasking should be part of skills but how about our sanity?
