Doctor is necessary.But if we can't help them,at least we need to ensure that we can't harm them.thank you for your response.

I guess the best thing that they can do is get help from a specialist. there's not much thing we can do to help them right?

Not everyone has the ability to get specialist's remedy.They may have money,but they can't find doctor who are suitable for them.They may dont have family,friends and so on,they have nothing except mental disease.They may dont have enough to see the doctor.My mother is the third condition.I'm tring my best to make my mother better.
What you have said is right.But we can treat them more patient more forgiveness.Or just a smile .That has the same importence with professinal treatment.One day if you meet a mental patient,please give him a smile. Thank you for your respond.

@zhubiying I imagine your grandmother must be in a really hard situation. loneliness is never easy to handle
