How often do you change your bed sheets?

I was just getting ready to do my weeky changing of my sheets and was wondering how often other people wash and change theirs?

I also change them once a week .. In the summer I change them more often cause when its hot you sweat more.. But as I said normally once a week :)

I change mine weekly in the winter and twice a week in summer. When you sweat so much during the night it isnt the healiest thing to be sleeping on it. ICK! Great question GF

I change my bed sheet after two days and if I accidently spill something then it is changed right away. I am very much consious about cleaning. Well I am like this lol.

every other day either a kid spills something on them or newborn pees on them or something .. i like to keep them changed everyother day anyhow you sweat at nihgt and dont want to keep laying in that yuck
