Making mistakes is part of being human, but learning and rising beyond them is the beauty of becoming human. We all have done little and big mistakes in our life. I have done my own mistakes too. One of my biggest mistakes was that I went silent when I had to make the most important decision of my life. This mistake has done a lot of emotional damage to me and is still doing. I can't go back to repair this mistake but eventually, I have learned from it and I am making sure that I become more meticulous when I make decisions in my life moving forward. What was the worst mistake of your life? Have you been able to learn from it?

My worst mistake was not insisting with my husband not to trust a friend. He lost money due to this so called "friend". I felt that he was not a good guy, I am very sad I did not insist.

Biggest mistake? Plenty of them here. And some have been irreversible. My biggest mistake was when I believed my Late Grandfather that he was all good in health and would take a cab to the hospital tomorrow. And that tomorrow never happened. I still have nightmares because of this and the memories of those days still haunt me. Learning? Nothing. Practically nothing. I am still the same guy, who always believes things easily.

My worst mistake was meeting a very evil person in my life (tho I did not know was young and naive) because this event did much damage to my family..severe. I forever regret this. It took many years to recover somewhat and I now do not speak to anyone I do not know. I am sorry you had that event in life but now you know what to do better. Good Luck.

Kevin I have made a lot of mistakes in my life but they have added to the great life I have now--to answer your second question first, I have never learned from my mistakes and would probably do them again. My biggest mistake was In 1976--if you have read my latest 3 discussions you would understand it better but I walked away from, literally, millions of dollars to stop playing a game with an ex and/or spending years in court--never regretted it.

My biggest mistake was being too emotionally angry at my previous partner. He made a mistake but not 3rd party. I so caught up with his mistakes that I was so close minded that he wanted to win me back. I guess he just give it all up and found a new relationship. I kind of regretted every reactions I made. I realize I'm still into him but its too late.

I think the biggest mistake in my life was when I was a student and I never get serious on my studies. I really learned from that mistake because now I keep reading my old books and reviewing it all by my self and I think that was a really good improvement to me.
