The reasons behind Suicide

I recently heard the sad news that Jim Carrey's girlfriend Cathriona White took her own life. It made me think of how lonely and sad she must of felt to have end her life. She apparently left a note with Jim's name on and her body was found next to a bottle of pills.
Her friends are said to be shocked with the news as they thought she was happy and full of life.
I can understand how some people can really feel completely down and depressed to the extent they would want to take their own life.
What are your thoughts on the subject around suicide, do you understand why some people end their lives?

@Shyamalaa I think some people feel they do not have any help at hand or people to talk too.

@gudheart @Shyamalaa it's sad that they feel as though they don't have the help, or may not try to go seek the help. Either way, it's just not the type of situation you want to see.

How horrible the poor young woman must have been feeling. I can't imagine what that must have been like. My heart goes out to everyone involved!

Some people are so distressed they can not see any light at the end of the tunnel. Many people OD for a cry of help but sometimes it goes terribly wrong, The Samaritans do great work trying to talk people around in a non judgemental way.
Sometimes we are far too busy in our lives to see how others really are feeling and suffering in silence. It is not just a case of telling someone to buck up or cheer up that is not really very helpful at all. It is so sad and sadly I have seen quite a few in my time.

Some people couldn't bear the heartbreaks. This doesn't mean that they are weak but it signifies their true love for the person. But one should always think before taking such a drastic step as it also affects lives of their parents and loved ones

I have delt with depression and these issues all my life. I have been that 'low' before too. But, I would never bring this sadness upon my family. To feel this hopeless is horrible and scary. It does happen thought And, this time of year is especially bad for it.

I think at times, people don't always share everything that is going on with them. Some are very unhappy and you simply do not know this.
I don't understand the human mind, and can't really judge why many do this. I know a lady from y daughters school, she was on the board of activities, for the school, she was very young, bubbly and outgoing , , and a young son. Then I heard, she killed herself, she shot herself i the head, why no one knows. A big shock to all of us. so I will never understand, why they won't talk to the people that love them about what is going on .

our brain prevents us from harming ourselves , like you cant bite your thang willingly ,,,
unless your not well , your not aware of what you are doing, weather its mental or spiritual ,
but being in your complete mentality ,,, i dont think you will commit something like this ,

What i think is that some of them set certains goals to themselves, or calculate how they life will be in particular years to come but in failure of those goals they feel like what is the reason to live again, from then they take theirs own life. What everybody will understand is that Man will only predict his life plan but the creator God will dispose it.
