Good health means the physical and mental wellbeing of a person. Day to day activities can be performed more efficiently by a healthy person. Physical fitness could be achieved by nutritional food, enough exercises. Carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fats and minerals are essential for the body. A mentally alert person can think clearly. Specially in education we need to use brain power. Cultivating, an interesting hobby can be a great boost for our health. It gives enrichment for us mentally and physically. In school we engaged in extra-curriculum activities such as sports ,drama, clubs and associations. They provided us opportunities for socialization. This was a key point for all the things we have gained up to this point. It is a good therapy for our health. To meet the challenges of the future We need to maintain our personal health. To be healthy we should be active.
Active life takes our life to a healthy path. This path surely takes us to a good life in the future.
So be active, be healthy. But should we work hard to be active ?? I say no, but what do you think.

I think people should try and be healthy, but obviously if you don't enjoy it then I dont think it should be central to your life. Also there are more important things than fitness such as happiness...

I think it depends on the person whether he should work hard or not. While most people will say no, for some people their work is their life. That's where they can find their identity, happiness and peace and so they work, which seems pretty hard to us, maybe not to them. Personally, I think we should fix some goal in physical and mental parameters to achieve so that we can be more healthy with time, and to achieve it I will put my 100% into it without fail, whether it can be reached with or without working hard depends.

@kevinakash working hard definitely keeps us in shape, sure but too much working can cause to be a problem. There has to be a limit. For example, we need to get 8 hours of sleep too, otherwise however hard we work, it will not be productive.

Certainly working hard will help you become more physically fit but it should not be the only thing on your mind.

I dont think we should overdo it. I think we can do what we can in our lives to stay healthy.
Like just even walking and trying to drink water not sodas and eat veggies and fruit if we can.

Health, like any other type of human happiness, demands hard daily work. "If you don't jog when you are healthy, you will have to do it when you are sick"
