Gunman Kills 10 in oregon college. Is it right ?

In the morning when i woke up i just noticed that a gunman opens fire at oregon collegein the United states of america. I didn't understand why peoples are taking such stpid actions and takes lifes of the innocent people. It is totally rubbish and dissappointed. Now what do you think ?
