Why is PayPal account is not allow in nigeria, l try to open but i can't,i just discover that it's not allow i nigeria. Can someone help?

PayPal seems to offer limited services in Nigeria. Nigerian users can complete purchases with PayPal and use it to send money for other purposes, but at this time it does not appear to support receiving payments.
The best thing to do would probably be to contact PayPal and tell them that you would be interested in receiving payments by PayPal, too. Sometimes companies will decide to expand their markets based on expressed interest from potential customers.

@PhredWreck True. Nigeria isn't currently on the OFAC list of sanctions programs and countries information, though.

@PhredWreck It can be as well a problem with Nigerian authorities. It was the case for Serbia until last year.

Yes i see but i would like someone to help to contact PayPal authorities so that someone like me from nigeria can receive money cos l'm not a scarmer.
