Change of mobile / myLot

Frnds , Im so much fade up of this Smartphone as has good features but it hangs a lot and makes me irritated too. So im planning to buy a new smartphone with higher RAM and good processor for smooth functioning.

can i suggest as a good smartphone the samsung s5 .Is now quite cheap as the s6 is out , but a great 16mp camera with internal and external momeory and my battery can last a whole day .
