Are yo afraid of your local police? Or do you have more concerns than in the past? With all that has happened in the past couple of years regarding police actions, I was just wondering if attitudes toward police has had an overall change toward the worse.

I don't see why should I be afraid of the police as long as I know I haven't done anything bad

That used to be the general consensus, but, times have changed and many who once said that, no longer believe it anymore.

I have had no bad experience with police. They have always been helpful in my experience. Then again,we do not have the problems with police as other countries.

Thank goodness for that. Can you just imagine the civic upheaval this country would experience. It is bad enough already as it is. Let us hope we never go in that direction.

Our police in the UK are very helpful. They do a difficult job keeping us safe and I admire them. No I am not afraid of our police force.

That is hilarious but I guess many times I feel the same way. We only want to see them if we need them.

police dont scare me at all , i think people get away with too much .Much things wont even be dealt with it you report them .Ive had many cases when they havent seemed to even care .And then use there authority to try get you done for silly things .Because they seem to be bored .If our police force were a bit more brutal towards offenders then peopke wouldnt do stuff and break the law .People know you can get away with things these days .

Your definitely half right. People do know they can get away with more. I guess that is why so many are brazen enough to just walk in a store, grab what they want, and walk out. However, I don't think more brutality is the answer. It just fuels the fire, I think.
