What is your favorite type of Salad?

I have a chef salad with my dinner tonight with cheese, ham, and lots of lettuce. I think I need a bit more in my salad . What is your favorite type of salad, what do you like in it? I am trying to eat more healthy, like some new salad ideas please.

I love any kind of salad . But my most favorite one and my husband's is chicken macaroni salad.

@CookieMonster46 Oh yes it is . Chicken shreds with macaroni , fruit cocktail , pimientos , mayonnaise and a lot more ! Yummy !

Fruit is one of my favorite, I am thinking with the salads i eat healthy , everything else well I eat in moderation.

@CookieMonster46 I cannot help myself to eat moderately Once I see a delicious food in the kitchen, what ever it is as long as it is edible and tasty, I will go for it. Haha Are you health conscious?

Just give me a bed of lettuce or other salad greens (kale, arugula, whatever!) and turn me loose at a salad bar with unlimited toppings and dressings. Will never fix the same salad twice. But will enjoy myself every time!

I like to add different things sometimes like chopped roasted red peppers and black beans. It adds a little "pep" to an ordinary salad!

I like a fried chicken salad. It has pretty much all the salad fixings but has strips of fried chicken in it. With blue cheese dressing, it is so good.
