Listening to people talk is important

It is important to listen when people talk. I find it rude when I talk to a person and that person doesn't even listen. It is rather an offensive thing to do.
I found that not everyone is willing to really listen to a person. I guess it goes down to who you are and who it is that is speaking.

yea i could understand that people need to listen get all the story instead of part of the story which you will understand
