I see so many offers asking for your credit card numbers. I went through the whole list striking them down. I just have an add on card which I hardly use and I won't give the number online if I don't feel safe. How do you handle these offers?

Nope, that I won't. I don't trust many places online to give out that kind of information. Nor will I give my phone number.

@TexanTornado I guess we 'll never get to do much on offers.. everyone of them seem to ask for address, phone number of credit card.

@sofssu Nope, about the only offers I did, was watch the 30 second videos. And even though they credited, I didn't get paid for them. Cause my balances are totally different.

@TexanTornado I don't get it why would they not pay you after crediting it? Then it makes the effort worthless.

I don't see the point to the offers. I have done three of them without recompense. But if you give a credit card, it is so they can automatically charge it once the free trial period is over.

@Rollo1 This is crazy.. if they won't pay you after crediting it.. it doesn't seem worthwhile. I don't like the automatic charge catch either.. because I had once got stuck with a site that wouldn't let me cancel the offer and charged me the amount for not cancelling the offer before the trial period ended. This happened a few years back on a product I was checking out to buy.

I will not do such offers. Credit card number is something that I will not give out freely online. It is very risky since you do not know how these sites will use it. if I have a debit card that is loaded with just ten dollars, I may take up those offers.

@scheng1 It sure is not safe.. I won't risk doing these offers for a few pennies.

@SIMPLYD I guess not all eat up too much time.. some just need a minute or so of watching videos which you can open and do your own thing.

@SIMPLYD From what I have read so far no one is doing these offers. I guess its too much of a gamble for some cents.

screams scam to me. i've 'd similar 'xperience 's @Rollo1 'n completed a couple 'f the offers here with nothin' in return. i'll not e'en venture to give a soul my credit card number 'less i initiate the transaction. e'en then i use 'xtreme caution.

@crazyhorseladycx It sure is a personal preference.. but I don't see any point to it if they don't pay us after having credited it to the account.

I haven't done any offers yet, haven't decided if I will or not, but I wouldn't do any that need a credit card number. I don't feel comfortable giving that out for offers, I don't want any unexpected charges on my card.

@fawkes62 There must be similar one here too. Every penny adds to the final payout.

@sofssu I might take a look at them when I have a little more time, unfortunately I'm fairly busy today.

That is something that I definitely won't do. I haven't tried any offers, and I'll admit I'm a little hesitant. Whether I try or not, I won't do the offers that ask for a credit card. It's not something I feel comfortable doing.

Yeah, I also face such situations. In my view, my credit card numbers are my personal information. Unless I think it is necessary, I will not show such numbers to others, especially through Internet. I have heard quite a lot of news that people who had offered their credit card numbers online lost a lot of money in their accounts.

@Simon1223 I guess its is better to be safe that get vital information into the hands of the hackers and thieves.

Since myLot has already stated that we do offers at our own risk I would not do offers ask for info that could expose us more than that is required.

@allknowing Yeah.. I guess that is the general feeling.. I am not a person who takes too many risks.. so this one is not for me. I haven't found any other offers so far.

I only act on offers that don't ask for personal information of any kind, I don't even like to give my email to any of them cuz it leads to a ton of spam. Too bad really, I wouldn't mind gettin a penny to read them

@rebelann You are right.. I don't want to give my credit card numbers , address or my mail id.. Its a pain to handle all the spam later.

I do not part so easily with my money and do not give away my credit card number just to get an offer.

I skip any offer that asks for my credit card number. If they debit something, it's a pain to have the money back.

I wouldn't give out credit card info to any of the offers either. In doing so, you may give them the authorization to charge your card.

@sofssu I totally agree. I don't want anyone having my credit card information unless I give them permission to use it and then, it has to be a reputable business.
