Recently I am feeling a sudden liking towards coco cola. During my early days I hated carbonated drinks especially coco cola. But in the last 2 years I am being attracted, addicted towards coco cola! I am hearing and I know that Coco Cola is injurious to health, but I am not able to stop my liking towards it. While eating pizza or chicken I want coke as a combination for it. Can anyone suggest how to stop it? Do anyone has this addiction like me?

If I have thirsty moments and I see a nearby 7 eleven store, I will grab a coke light or coke zero. If there is no choice, water is ok

Do you mean Coca Cola? I do not like the taste and I never drink sodas, they are full of sugar and not good for our health. Just to give you an idea, every bottle of Coca Cola contains the equivalent of 8 teaspoon of sugar.

Ya, coke. I know all the bad things. But unable to stop my cravings. When I am in home I will not be distracted as bakery products are prohibited by my mother in home. But when I go to college it is in another state then this problem increases exponentially. No, home food there hence bakery product consumption increases.

@mkrnex I know that when you are far from home it is more difficult to eat and drink healthy. Try to reduce the quantity at least.

I like colas of all kinds...yes it is addicting. and can cause health issues if you drink too much of it, I try to drink other things to get away from it, but because it is so darn tasty I prefer it.

If the Coca-Cola Company releases a less sweeter version of Coca-Cola, then I'll take it. I'm not in much of a mood to eat or drink sweet stuff recently, to be honest, although I had a time when I drank Coca-Cola at least once every week. Anyway, maybe there's a way to wean yourself off? Like, gradually decreasing the amount of Coca-Cola that you drink everyday?
