I have not been sick all year and all of the sudden yesterday I started feeling sick! My throat is sore. I can not taste anything I eat but yet I feel hungry? I am hot then cold, Chills and at night tossing and turning again hot and cold! I can't even taste anything I drink! The weather has changed here in Texas lately, Not that I don't like it, Because it is so nice outside that I can keep the windows at times, Less on the Electric Bill for sure! It has been like in the 50's and 6's in the morning with a slight chill, Then in the afternoon it is still a little hot but at least not in the 100's! Ughh! I hate being sick! I have been running around a lot too and have just now sat down since Friday Morning. I have been all over the place stores, food banks, grocery stores, cooking, cleaning trying to do something with the yard too but couldn't get to that yet because my knees are in so much pain from all the running around I have done in the last few days! Been getting up at 4 a.m. every morning except today I sleep until 9;30 still feel like I haven't got enough good sleep either. Do you hate when you feel like this? I feel just like the picture!

I believe our body gets sick because we need to rest especially when we lack sleep. I hate being sick too but that's how our body maintains itself. So you need to take a rest for a day or two at least. Let your body recover from all the running around you've been doing.

I spent all weekend feeling under the weather. I had a bit of a head cold I was trying to fight off. Fever, chills, headache.. the whole 9 yards.
I'm feeling slightly better today, though my sinuses are draining so my nose is runny.. but the headache is gone so hopefully going into work today won't be too bad.

Take care, dear. The changes in the weather cause health problems. My grandmother made amixtureod honey and lemon juice as a natural medication on those cases. I donĀ“t know how much it helps, but is is yummy!

I feel sorry for what you experience. I guess nobody like the feeling that you describe. In my view, being sick is inevitable for everyone. Our bodies are just like a complicated machine. So long as it works day and night, there may be something wrong with it sooner or later. What we could do is doing exercises regularly and cultivating good habits in daily lives. We should also check our health once or twice a year in the hospital. Such measures could help us avoid potential serious sicks.

I think most of us hate being sick at the best of times.
