hi!from the last 2 months i start my day with lukewarm lemon and honey water.voila!its very refreshing and my stomach feels clean and light as it helps to clean out out the bowels.toxins are removed. previously i was also tea drinker. used to feel active for some time.then i used to feel weak,incresed heartburn,less appetite.slowly switched to this wonderful drink.its good for skin,hair and bones.
how do u start ur day.
it is also advisable for obese people to avoid honey sometimes and just drink warm water and lemon.

Even i start my day with lemon and honey. It helps me lose weight along with detoxification. Honey sometimes can even be used as a sugar replacement.
