My Reputation Precedes Me!

I'm becoming slightly concerned at the adverts that are being targeted at me whenever I visit this website. Now, bearing in mind that I mostly use my work laptop when accessing this website, and therefore my search history contains nothing incriminating, the tone of many of these adverts is a bit of a mystery.
I'm regularly tempted with invitations to more easily become sexually successful with women. (As if I need that!!!) The top 25 college basketball cheerleaders is apparently a must see for me and, most disturbing of all, a buxom young lady, called Anna, seems to want to chat to me all of the time.
"Are you there?" she whispers, voice husky and all a quiver with sexual desire, her long dark hair tumbling in waves over her perfect breasts, lips pouting and eye-lashes fluttering in an attempt to get me to converse with her. And I can glean all of that just from the way she typed the words on her keyboard. I'm nothing if not perceptive!!
Or maybe the advertising is working!! Control yourself man!!!!
So, as someone who is using a lap-top who's browsing history is as chaste as a convent's membership list, I have only one question.
Why me?

I sometimes wonder how some of the adverts are selected.
I had solar panels installed on my roof just under 3 years ago, so I would have no reason to search on that subject. Despite having reformatted my desktop a couple of months ago I still get regular adverts for solar power.

I only get what I search for. Probably those in your area must be doing such searches.
